This innovative device aims to empower distributors and patients by ensuring that refrigerated medications remain within the prescribed temperature ranges recommended by manufacturers.

Leveraging SpotSee’s renowned WarmMark® technology, TempMonitor employs a straightforward color-changing mechanism to provide visual evidence of exposure to unacceptable temperature levels. When temperatures exceed 30 degrees Celsius (86 degrees Fahrenheit), indicating a potential compromise in product quality, the indicator undergoes a noticeable color change, alerting users to the deviation.

The indicator window remains white when no evidence of temperature excursions is present. However, if temperatures surpass 30 degrees Celsius within 30 minutes, the indicator changes to red, signaling exposure to higher-than-recommended conditions and providing users with insights into the duration of the exposure.

SpotSee will showcase TempMonitor at LogiPharma 2024, a premier event taking place from April 16 to 18 at the Centre de Congrès de Lyon in Lyon, France, booth #39.
