Predictmedix AI Inc., the medical screening innovator, revealed its plans to expand into new industries, having expanded its technology to scan for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
Safe Entry Stations, Predictmedix AI’s screening technology, was initially used to identify health issues such as COVID-19, drug or alcohol impairment and fatigue.
Now, the company has built the technology to detect PTSD and has implemented it in several hospital units.
While the use of PTSD scanning can be used to check on the mental health of military personnel and veterans, the medical tech group believe it also has applications in education and workplaces.
It said the screening could identify the emotional well-being of workers and students.
Additionally, the group is prepared to go to market with its technology in Indonesia, providing Safe Entry Stations in workplaces and expanding it beyond traditional healthcare settings.
Meanwhile, Predictmedix AI has also successfully deployed its screening station in multiple healthcare facilities during the previous quarter.
Customers in the healthcare industry include the Bps Women’s College Hospital in Haryana, India, a training industry institute in New Delhi and at a hospital in Canada.
All of these locations have successfully adapted Predictmedix AI’s safe entry stations and are still using them effectively.
Rahul Kushwah, chief operating officer at Predictmedix AI, said: "We are excited about the progress we have made and the opportunities that lie ahead.
“By harnessing the power of AI, we aim to revolutionize healthcare and improve patient outcomes on a global scale."
