The University of Alabama System Board of Trustees has approved a pivotal decision to transition the UAB Health System to the EPIC electronic health record (EHR) platform. UAB Health System CEO Dawn Bulgarella, who also serves as CEO of the UAB Ascension St. Vincent’s Alliance, underscored the significance of this transition.
